Capabilities

Offset precision. Built for export volume.

Every calendar we ship is printed, folded, bound and packed under one roof at our Mumbai facility. On Heidelberg and Komori offset presses, finished on Stahl equipment, inspected at every stage before dispatch.

Equipment

What we run on the floor.

Industry-standard offset and finishing kit, kept calibrated and operated by an experienced team. The mix below is what makes long-run calendar work predictable.

Offset Press

Heidelberg — 6-Colour Sheet-Fed

Our primary press for full-colour calendar work. Six units mean we can print CMYK plus two spot colours (Pantone, metallic or a protective coating) in a single pass — useful for brand logos and premium corporate editions without a second press run.

Offset Press

Komori — 4-Colour Sheet-Fed

Standard CMYK press for high-volume wall and desk calendar runs. Used in parallel with the 6-colour line to keep schedules moving across multiple buyer orders without bottlenecks.

Folding

Stahl — Folding Machines

Precision folding for multi-sheet wall calendars, desk calendar components and promotional inserts. Keeps spine alignment true on long runs so binding downstream is clean.

Binding

Stahl — Saddle Stitcher

Saddle stitching for booklet-style calendar covers, wall calendar tops and multi-page promotional sets. Consistent staple placement with in-line trimming.

Binding

Wiro & Spiral Binding

Wire-O and plastic spiral binding for multi-sheet wall calendars, desk sets and corporate editions. Calendar hangers and thumb-cut finger-holes added in the same pass.

Pre-Press & QC

In-house studio + inspection

Pre-press, plate-making and colour management are all in-house. Inspections are done at press start, mid-run and pre-bind so defects are caught and rejected on the floor — not at the buyer’s warehouse.

Finishing & packing

The last mile is where bulk orders succeed or fail.

Once printed, every calendar passes through folding, collation, binding, trimming and QC. Finishes on offer include matte or gloss lamination, UV spot coating, and protective aqueous coatings for calendars heading into humid destinations.

For export, we pack in corrugated cartons sized to the product, with internal dividers where formats warrant it. Master cartons are palletised and wrapped with moisture-resistant protection. Shipping marks, carton labels and carton counts are printed to specification.

Documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where required — is prepared alongside production, not after. Freight forwarders, customs brokers and banking partners are looped in from the quotation stage so buyers are not handed surprises at the port.

Quality control

Five checkpoints, not one.

A defect caught at the press saves a carton. A defect caught at the port is an incident. We design the flow to catch issues where they are cheap to fix.

1

Pre-press

Artwork, bleed, colour and typography checked before plates are made.

2

Press start

First sheets off press signed off for colour, register and sharpness.

3

Mid-run

In-progress pulls compared against the approved reference sheet.

4

Pre-bind

Folded signatures, trims and covers inspected before binding.

5

Pre-dispatch

Finished calendars spot-checked and carton counts verified before loading.
